A 10 year old pure malt from Shibui, blending Japanese and Scotch whisky made entirely from malted barley and distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled at 43% ABV.
The whisky is matured in ex-Bourbon casks, Oloroso sherry casks and Mizunara oak, and carries an age statement of at least ten years.
It is described as having notes of coffee, plums, rich dark chocolate, cinnamon and oak.
