Steel vinification preserves freshness and aromatic purity, bringing citrus, green apple and a delicate floral note. On the palate it is balanced and lively, with a pleasant saline note recalling the nearby sea. It suits fresh fish, shellfish or vegetable couscous, and works well as an aperitif.
