Side Burn is a 35 year old blended malt from Scotland, bottled by Phil and Simon Thompson of Thompson Bros. The whisky was distilled on 21 October 1989 in Speyside and bottled in 2025.
It was matured in refill casks and bottled at cask strength, 51%, in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
