Signatory Old School Malt 31 Year Old (70cl, 43.5%)

Old School Malt is a blended malt from Signatory, put together in the 1990s from 104 single malt Scotch whiskies of different vintages and then matured in sherry butts. The youngest whiskies in the blend have spent at least 31 years in oak. Several of the malts come from distilleries that have since closed or been demolished, among them Banff, Brora, Coleburn, Dallas Dhu, Glen Mhor, Killyloch, Littlemill, Lochside and Port Ellen. It was bottled at 43.5% in 70cl bottles, 1,148 in all, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
