This 11-year-old Mannochmore single malt was released by independent bottler Signatory Vintage as number 51 in its 100 Proof Edition series. It matured from 2014 to 2025 in a combination of first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry quarter casks and refill hogsheads.
The whisky is bottled at 57.1% ABV, with natural colour and without chill filtration. The maturation brings together two named cask types within this edition.
