Signatory Vintage Mannochmore 2012 11 Years Old 100 Proof (57.1%)

This is a Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2023 by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage after 11 years of maturation. It belongs to the 100 Proof Series, in which every bottling is released at 57.1% ABV, a reference to the old British proof system. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The nose shows green apple, white grapes and vanilla, with a touch of ginger and light oak, and with time honeycomb, peach and a hint of grass. The palate brings citrus, stewed apple, gentle spice and a little almond. The finish is long, dry and fresh, with apple, citrus peel and a touch of pepper.
