This is a Secret Speyside single cask malt from 2005, matured for 21 years in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt, number 102. Signatory Vintage bottled it in 2026 for its Symington's Choice series.
The butt gave only 668 bottles, each at 58.3% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky has no added colour and is not chill-filtered.
