Silent Pool Gin Dry (1.5L)

Silent Pool Gin Dry is a 1.5 litre gin from southern England, in the Surrey region. It is made with a combination of local and classic botanicals, including juniper, citrus, flowers and spices gathered by hand around the distillery, using traditional infusion and distillation methods. On the nose it shows pine, bitter orange and a light floral note, developing into a soft but decisive palate with a clean, persistent finish. It works well in classic cocktails such as Gin & Tonic or Martini, and can also be enjoyed neat.
