Silver Seal Royal Brackla 15 Years Old Single Cask 2007

Royal Brackla 15 Years Old is a single cask whisky from Silver Seal, the independent bottler founded in 2000 by Massimo Righi and based in Italy. This 2007 single cask was matured for 15 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks. Royal Brackla was the first Scottish distillery to receive royal status, an honour granted in 1833 by King William IV. The whisky is gold in colour. The nose is fresh, with cherry, spice and brown sugar. The palate is rich, complex and full-bodied, with cherry and brown sugar again, and the finish is long.
