Sin City Whiskey The Mint 400 is a limited edition American whiskey made in 2015 to commemorate The Mint 400, the Las Vegas off-road race. The race pairs with a boutique spirit brand each year, and this bottling, of about 700 bottles, was given to the teams entered. It is aged in oak and bottled at 40% (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The nose is light citrus with gentle grain. The palate is smooth and medium bodied, with soft grain, light spice and a touch of vanilla. The finish is mellow, with lingering vanilla.
