This is a 15 year old Teaninich from the Highlands, distilled in September 2009 and bottled by Single Cask Nation in autumn 2025. Four of those years were spent finishing in a second-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. It was bottled at 57%, with 238 bottles produced.
Teaninich's grassy, malty character meets rich dried fruit sweetness and warming spice.
On the nose, oak spice and stewed fruit come with warm oatmeal and honey. The palate is rich and mouth-coating, with fruitcake, clove and nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with creamy vanilla, malted milk biscuits and gentle spice.
