This is a 30-year-old single cask Imperial, bottled by the independent bottler Elixir Distillers for its Single Malts of Scotland series. It was filled exclusively for the German market, and Imperial is counted among the lost distilleries.
The whisky matured from 1990 to 2020 in barrel 1051. It was bottled at 44.5% ABV with no added colouring and without chill-filtration, in an edition of 144 bottles.
