This is a 12 year old Highland single malt from Singleton of Glen Ord, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in a combination of European oak Sherry casks and American oak Bourbon casks. After 12 years the two whiskies are brought together and married by malt master Maureen Robinson.
The Bourbon casks contribute vanilla, caramel and woody notes, while the Sherry casks add fruity and bitter character.
