Slaintheva Mr. F.J.E. Walker is a single malt Scotch whisky dating from the 1970s, in a 75.7cl bottle at 35% ABV.
The nose is light, with Highland honey, soft oak, tender cereal, pastry, orange peel, floral touches, butter and a little vanilla and fresh peach. The body is light and soft, with dusty earth, citrus, oak, gentle vanilla, caramel and sugar, and a distant hint of smoke. The finish is medium to long, light and dry, with woody and sugary echoes.
