Slane – Triple Casked (70cl, 40%)

Slane Triple Casked is an Irish blended whiskey, in a 70cl bottle at 40% abv. It is assembled from whiskeys matured in three types of cask: virgin American oak, bourbon and Tennessee whiskey casks, and sherry casks. The first two types come from the Brown-Forman Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky, while the sherry casks come from Spain. Slane distils in gothic stables more than 230 years old at Slane Castle, in the village of the same name in the Boyne valley.
