A straight rye whiskey from Smoke Wagon, blended from two different rye barrels. One is a sweet, delicate rye made from 51% rye, 45% corn and 4% barley. The other is a big, bold rye made from 51% rye and 49% malted barley.
The flavour is sweet and rich up front, with a generous mouthfeel. The finish carries cinnamon and rye spice, with smoke and malt from the malted barley still present but softer.
