Solarea Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC - Agriverde

A red wine from Abruzzo made from Montepulciano by Agriverde. It is intensely ruby red with possible violet reflections. The nose shows mature blackberries and raspberries, with vanilla and sweet spice notes from balanced ageing in barrique. On the palate it is solid but harmonious, with finely woven tannins, fruity flavours, coffee and dark chocolate, leading to a long, pleasantly persistent finish. It pairs with red meat roasts, game and aged cheeses, and can age gracefully.
