Solopaca Falanghina Sannio DOP Identitas

A fresh, restrained white wine from Campania, made from Falanghina. The nose shows citrus notes such as lemon and grapefruit, light floral nuances and a hint of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is lively and dry, with a savoury texture and notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus peel. It has medium body and balanced structure, with a pleasant, unobtrusive finish. It pairs well with simple seafood dishes, vegetable starters, shellfish, seafood salads and light fried food, and can be served as an aperitif.
