Solopaca Oria Fiano Sannio DOP

Oria from Solopaca is a white wine that highlights Fiano within the Sannio. It is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, and the nose shows delicate white flowers, ripe pear and apple, citrus notes, and light almond and honey nuances. On the palate it is balanced, with good acidity and a sapidity that supports the fruit; the body is slender but present, with a clean, persistent finish carrying a mineral hint. Serve chilled at around 10-12 C with seafood starters, light soups, baked fish, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses.
