Spey Fumare Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Spey Fumare is a peated single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. It is made from malted barley dried over peat fires, then mashed, fermented and distilled in copper pot stills. It is a small-batch whisky, aged in oak casks for a minimum of 8 years. The nose brings peat, wood smoke and sea salt. On the palate the smoke is balanced by sweetness from apple, pear and citrus. The finish is long and warming, with a hint of spice and lingering smoke.
