This is a Speyburn 10 Year Old single malt, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It won a gold medal at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
The nose is fruity, with orange, mandarin and cooking apple, plus a touch of oak, peppermint and spice. The palate is light and gentle, with soft malt, sweet toasted barley, liquorice and dried herbs. The finish carries just a touch of smoke.
