Speyburn 10 Years 2014 Elevenses is a single cask single malt, distilled at Speyburn in 2014 and matured for ten years in one bourbon hogshead.
The cask was opened in 2025 by the Keeble Cask Company, which filled 361 bottles from it for its Elevenses range.
Pear, lemon and a summery hay note run through the nose, with vanilla. The palate adds lemon sorbet sweets, grapefruit and shortbread. The finish brings stronger oak, lemon, a drying quality, walnut and nutmeg.
