Speyburn 15 Years is a single malt from Speyside in Scotland, matured for 15 years in bourbon and sherry casks.
The bourbon casks provide a sweet base, while the sherry casks add layers to a profile of fruit, honey and soft spice. The colour is amber.
On the nose, milk chocolate and spice mingle with raisin, fresh citrus and a delicate trace of vanilla. The palate brings orange, toffee, vanilla and oak with gentle spice, smooth rather than heavy.
