Speyburn 18 Year Old is a Speyside single malt bottled by the distillery at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is not coloured and not chill-filtered.
The nose opens with warm caramel sauce, then sugared almonds, pineapple, mango and apple, with soft smoke running through. On the palate it is full-bodied, with dark chocolate mousse, juicy lemon and oak spice. The finish is long, with the layered flavours carried by a pleasant smokiness.
