Speyburn Rum Cask is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It starts in bourbon casks, then moves into rum casks for its finish.
The aromas divide between the two: pineapple, mango and warm banana come from the rum cask, while citrus zest and green apple come from the bourbon cask.
The colour is pale gold. The palate brings tropical fruit, soft caramel and a dusting of cinnamon, and the finish is fresh vanilla.
