A single cask single malt from Speyside Distillery, bottled by Master of Malt in March 2023 at 40%. It was distilled on 1 August 2014 and matured for eight years in a refill hogshead.
The cask gave 298 bottles of 70cl. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose is bright and fruity, with crisp apple, apricot and peach alongside vanilla cream, soft brioche and light oak. On the palate come sugared stone fruit, honeyed malt, lemon drizzle cake and toasted coconut. The finish is soft and lingering, with orchard fruit, creamy vanilla and mild oak warmth.
