The second cask strength release of 2025 from Springbank, a 12 year old limited edition matured entirely in bourbon casks and bottled at 55.5% abv.
Fruit salad candy, dried mango and hints of dark chocolate lead on the nose. The palate brings smoked cayenne pepper, chillies, toffee and charred steak. The finish has gentle peat smoke along with pink grapefruit, cocoa powder and salted pretzels.
