This is a Springbank from Campbeltown, distilled in 1998 and bottled in 2021 by the independent bottler Adelphi. It matured for 22 years in a single refill sherry hogshead, cask 426, and produced 239 bottles.
It is bottled at its natural cask strength of 46.3%, without chill-filtration or added colour. The flavour brings sherried fruit, dark caramel, subtle peat smoke and maritime notes.
