This is the 2025 edition of Springbank 21 Years Old, a Campbeltown single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
Springbank carries out its malting, distillation and bottling on site, and this whisky was distilled two and a half times. It matured for 21 years in a selection of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose combines dried apricot and fig with orange zest, honey, beeswax and sea spray. The palate is textured, with malty sweetness, candied fruit, soft spices and hazelnut over a briny note. The finish is very long, salty and lightly peated.
