Spumante Bianco Extra Dry Shah Mat Maschio Dei Cavalieri

This is an extra dry sparkling wine from Maschio Dei Cavalieri. It shows fine, lively perlage and a pale straw-yellow colour. On the nose there are white-fleshed fruit, citrus notes and delicate floral hints. The palate is fresh and smooth, with measured residual sweetness and acidity keeping the drink clean, and a harmonious, pleasant finish. It suits informal occasions and celebrations, as an aperitif or with light dishes such as delicate cured-meat starters, light fried seafood, composed salads and fresh cheeses.
