A sparkling wine based on Ribolla Gialla from Maschio Dei Cavalieri. It is bright straw yellow with fine, persistent perlage. The nose shows delicate white flowers, lemon peel, green apple and light mineral hints. The palate is sapid and vibrant, with good acidity supporting the sip and a dry, smooth finish. It is suited to aperitifs, raw seafood, shellfish, sushi, light fried dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses, and is best served cold at 6-8 °C in tulip glasses.
