Spumante Brut Cerrus Rosé from Fattoria del Cerro is a pink sparkling wine with violet reflections. Aromas of red fruits, mainly raspberry and cherry. Full on the palate with fine, persistent perlage. Soft pressing; slow fermentation at 12-14 C; aged on fine lees for 3 months; secondary fermentation for at least 24 months. Suited to aperitifs, white meats and pizza.
