This Metodo Classico Lugana Brut is elegant and vibrant, with fine, continuous perlage. The nose shows ripe citrus, green apple and white flowers, followed by light bready notes from long yeast contact. The palate is savoury and lively, with vivid acidity and restrained roundness. It suits aperitifs, delicate fish, shellfish, fresh cheese starters and light vegetable or rice dishes. Serve fairly cold in tulip glasses.
