A sparkling wine with a golden capsule, pale straw in colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it offers white flowers, fresh apple and a light note of bread crust. The palate is lively but balanced by gentle softness, with a smooth, savoury and well-defined sip, medium body and good persistence leaving citrus and yeast notes. It works as an aperitif and with seafood, light fried dishes, fresh cheeses and light desserts.
