St. Etienne HSE Agricole Blanc is a Martinique rhum agricole made from fresh sugar cane juice rather than molasses, bottled at 50% vol. It is colourless and clear. The nose shows fresh sugar cane with a light floral tone. On the palate it is clean and powerful, with a slightly peppery finish and a long, persistent end. It can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
