Stellum Bourbon (75cl, 57.5%)

Stellum Bourbon is a bourbon bottled at 57.49% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is built from three Indiana mash bills: two are high-rye and the third is almost entirely corn, and the brand describes its flavour as coming from the tension between them. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process that adds depth and complexity to the finished bourbon.
