Stellum Rye is a rye whiskey built on an Indiana mash bill of 95% rye.
Small amounts of a more barley-forward rye are added, and the barrels come from both Kentucky and Tennessee. Together these give a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness.
The overall character stays spicy and tightly focused, in the classic style of a high-rye whiskey.
