Stiegl Wildshut Bio Whisky N°12 is an organic Austrian whisky from the Stiegl estate at Wildshut, in a 35cl bottle at 44.4% vol. It is distilled from heritage grain grown on the estate and matured in wooden casks.
The nose offers vanilla, sweet forest honey and toasted coconut with woody tones. The palate is malty and full-bodied, with creamy toffee and light peat. The finish is dry, with a gentle smoke, and the colour is a bright amber.
