A small-batch German rye whiskey from Stork House, made from 100% German rye and bottled at cask strength, 55% ABV, in a 50cl bottle.
It is matured in individually toasted American and German Napoleon oak casks, together with ex-white wine and ex-sherry casks.
Mature oak, grain and vanilla are joined by butterscotch and black pepper, then dried fruits and a touch of cloves. The aftertaste is very long.
