Stork House Full Proof Rye is a 100% German rye whisky, made from locally grown German rye and water drawn on site, just south of Berlin. It is bottled in small batches, near cask strength at 110 proof, in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in American and German Napoleon oak alongside ex-wine and ex-sherry casks.
Butterscotch and black pepper come first, followed by mature oak, juicy grain, vanilla, dried fruit and a hint of clove, with a long finish.
