This Strathmill is a 20 year old Speyside single malt, distilled on 30 June 1997 and bottled in September 2017 by Mackillop's Choice at cask strength, 59.1% ABV. It was matured in a single sherry wood cask and gave an outturn of 520 bottles.
The nose is full and sweet, with nuts, raisins and toffee. The palate is round and soft, with a good balance of sherry, toffee, raisins, mocha chocolate and candied fruit. The finish is long, rich, sweet and nutty.
