This is an unaged Tennessee corn whiskey from Sugarlands, created with Mark Ramsey and Eric 'Digger' Manes. It is made from a traditional mash bill using corn grown in Tennessee, and is bottled raw as a nod to Appalachian distilling traditions.
It comes in a 750ml jar at 60% ABV, or 120 proof. With no time in barrel, the corn stays at the front of the style.
The flavour is direct, with sweet corn followed by a fiery finish.
