Nelson's Green Brier – Sour Mash Tennessee Whiskey (75cl, 45.5%)

Nelson's Green Brier Sour Mash is a Tennessee whiskey in a 750ml bottle, at 91 proof. It is the first bottling of the Nelson family recipe since 1909. The wheated mash bill of corn, wheat and malted barley follows the recipe of Charles Nelson. The whiskey is filtered through sugar maple charcoal and aged in new charred oak barrels. The nose is full and warm, with caramel, vanilla, cinnamon and apple. The palate offers brown sugar, cinnamon roll, caramel apple and a touch of cocoa. The long finish carries cinnamon, brown sugar, Gala apple and black cherry.
