Belle Meade Bourbon Honey Cask Finish is a Tennessee straight bourbon from Nelson's Green Brier Distillery in Nashville, bottled at 53% ABV (106 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
After its initial maturation, the bourbon is given a second stage of ageing in barrels that previously held honey products. This adds sweetness and floral honeycomb notes to the bourbon beneath.
Belle Meade is the flagship bourbon of the distillery, which revives the original Green Brier Distillery. That distillery operated in Nashville from the 1860s until Prohibition.
