Sullivans Cove American Oak 11 Year Old is an Australian single malt from a single cask, barrel TD0339, in a 70cl bottle.
It was aged in 200 litre American oak casks that previously held bourbon in the USA. This is the defining Sullivans Cove style, with a strong malt backbone. Because each bottling comes from one cask, it reflects the character of that barrel.
The flavours are vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, white flowers and powerful oak.
Tasting Notes
Vanilla, caramel, stone fruit, white flowers and powerful oak over a strong malt backbone
