This is a single cask Australian single malt from Sullivans Cove, matured in American oak and bottled at a full cask strength of 69.1% abv in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was distilled on 11 August 2006 and bottled on 7 November 2017, with 170 bottles in the outturn.
The nose brings apricot, lemon curd, caramel, grapefruit, Nutella and oak spice. The palate is creamy, with lemon verbena, vanilla bean, stone fruit, malt grain and shortbread. The finish carries liquorice, fennel seed, marshmallow, blackcurrant and pastry.
