Coribante from Castello Monaci is a blend of Syrah and Malvasia Nera from Salento. It has an intense, deep colour and a complex bouquet. The nose shows black berry fruit, black pepper and floral touches from the Malvasia Nera. On the palate the Syrah brings power and structure, balanced by freshness and liveliness, with a long finish. It suits red meat dishes, stews and medium-aged cheeses.
