Talisker Select Reserve House Greyjoy is a single malt from the Isle of Skye with no age statement, released in autumn 2018 as part of the Game of Thrones Single Malts Collection, a Diageo collaboration with HBO marking the final series. Talisker was paired with the seafaring House Greyjoy, whose kraken sigil appears on the label.
The whisky was matured in heavily charred and refill ex-bourbon American oak casks and is bottled at 45.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is dry and peppery, with smoke, dark chocolate, salted caramel, brine, sea spray and orange peel.
