Tantita Pena Blanco is a 40% blanco tequila from Jalisco, made solely from blue agave that is left to mature for at least eight years before harvest. It is crystal clear in the glass.
The nose is fresh, with raw agave, citrus and fresh herbs. The texture is smooth and velvety, opening sweet before settling into a balance of sweetness and the natural acidity of agave, with a touch of pepper.
The finish is long and clean, with a subtle mineral note.
