This is a ten-year-old Highlands single malt from Teaninich, distilled in 2016 and selected by Signatory Vintage for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
It was finished in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads and bottled at 46%, without chill filtration or added colouring. The whisky has a honey colour.
The nose is oranges, lemons and green apples, with vanilla and a hint of beeswax. The palate is creamy and almost oily, with malt, toffee and intense dried fruit. The finish is long, with honey and raisins and a fine, dry minerality.
